What we collect: Only what you type in the contact form: name, email, approximate dates, number of travellers and your message. Also your IP address for up to one hour, to prevent mass submissions.
Why: To answer your enquiry and prepare the travel proposal you ask for. We don't send advertising or share your data with third parties.
Legal basis: Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and the pre-contractual steps you request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long: For as long as we are discussing your trip and at most one year after the last contact, unless you book a trip and the law requires keeping them longer.
Who else processes them: As processors, the email provider used to send the messages and the server hosting this site, both in the European Union.
Your rights: You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@serbizai.com. If you think we haven't respected them, you can complain to Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Estonia, aki.ee) or to the authority of your country of residence (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
